What is a digital invitation?
It is an interactive format designed to be easily shared via WhatsApp, social media, or email. It is not just an image: it includes features such as a map with location, confirmation button, guest management, and more.
What elements of my invitation can I customize?
You have complete control over the aesthetics: colors, fonts, music, photos, and text. You can also remove sections that you don’t think are necessary so that the final design fits perfectly with the theme of your celebration.
How long does delivery take?
The first draft is delivered within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your information. If you are in a hurry, we offer an express service (at an additional cost) that guarantees your preview within a maximum of 3 business days.
How do I pay for my invitation?
At the moment, you can only pay by electronic transfer, deposit into an account, or card. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract, and the balance is due upon delivery of your design.
What happens after payment?
Once the purchase has been made, we will provide you with a data collection form. With the information you send us, our team will adapt the chosen model to your liking.
Can I purchase it today and design it later?
Of course! You can secure your package now and complete the data form only when you are ready for us to begin with the design
What if I don't want everything included in a package?
We maintain fixed costs in our plans for your convenience. If you have any special needs or want to adapt a section differently, please consult with our advisors and we will be happy to review the possibilities.
Is it possible to customize the URL or link for my event?
Yes, the Deluxe package offers a custom domain (e.g., name.com or eventname.com) to make your experience more personal. This domain is subject to availability and in some cases may incur an additional cost. Once you have purchased your package, you will receive a quote for your preferred name.
How long will my invitation remain online?
Due to web hosting costs, the invitation will remain active for up to one month after the event has taken place.
How many revisions can I request?
Each package includes a certain number of revision rounds. This ensures that everything is to your liking before final delivery.
Can changes be made after final delivery?
Yes, but only for informational data (such as a last-minute adjustment to the time or location). Any structural or design changes after final delivery will incur an additional cost.
How does the confirmation system (RSVP) work?
It is a smart tool that allows you to assign passes per guest and add personalized questions (special menus, transportation, song suggestions, etc.), making it easier to organize your event.
What is Save the Date?
Save the Date: It is a simple digital card (in image format) so that your guests can reserve the date well in advance.
What does the printable invitation look like?
Printable invitation: An optimized PDF file with crop marks, ideal for those who want to print a few physical copies inexpensively.
